Refunds Policy

Digital Products

All products sold by Otec Company Limited are digital products. Once access to a digital product has been granted or the product has been downloaded, the transaction is considered complete.

No Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products after access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

Limited Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments made in error

  • Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved by our support team

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with valid proof of payment.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Otec Company Limited may result in immediate suspension of access to digital products.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
